Initially, purchasing a new house was not at all what we had in mind. We never thought we would be able to build a house from the ground up that fits our exact specifications to a tee and have it cost near our budget. This was only possible because of brother Jiji and his exemplary performance as our realtor. He was extremely honest, upfront, and helped us understand every aspect of the process. He was extremely communicative and was always available. Now, I understand that these are qualities that you expect from all realtors, however, let me tell you that brother Jiji was there with us to pick out our tiles, the bricks, wood and even went above and beyond to help us get specifications that we had only to our particular house. Even though, we were almost sure that the builder would not oblige to several specifications that were unique to our home, Mr. Thomas was able to figure out a way to make it a possibility. This is why I know he is a wonderful person to work with. He was not only able to help us in the building of our new home, he was also detrimental in finding us a renter for our previous house. The process of renting is a long process and there are many moving parts and finding the right tenant to rent the house to is very important. To my surprise, within one week of completely being moved out of the old house, brother Jiji had already found the right tenant for the property and had a contract ready to be signed. It has been an absolute joy working with him during this transition and I personally recommend that you reach out to brother Jiji Thomas for all your real estate needs, he has been a blessing and a great help to our family and our community.
