One of our friends referred Mr. Jiji Thomas to us. Since we wanted to sell our old house and purchase a new house, we were looking for a good realtor. Based upon the first time of our meeting with Mr. Jiji, we found that he is highly reliable, diligent and a honest person. He has listened all our concerns and gave us few better recommendations. Before we listed the house to the market, he helped us in every area like a close family member in cleaning, arranging and even for changing the carpet he brought a best carpet company with a resalable price. Further, he took photographs for listing our old house in the market. Moreover, he has helped us in the inspection part. His hard works in due time helped us to sell the house within two weeks for a good price. Another important thing he did for us is that; we wanted to stay in the same house until the completion of our new house. He has helped us to negotiate with the person who bought the house for letting us to stay there until we moved into to the new house. Even for the new house, Mr. Jiji negotiated for different discount rates. Mr. Jiji and his wife were always with us to help with the selections, upgrades, and even for the loan process. He has helped us to earn almost $8,000 from calculation errors as a result of his timely action in loan process. We appreciate him for the negotiations he has done for a better discount above the rebate value. By all these means he has helped us to move-in to a better community.
