Seven years ago, we moved from Mesquite, Texas to Odessa, West Texas approximately 375 miles away from Dallas, Texas. After living seven years in an apartment our children were dreamed to buy a new house and one day evening, we called Jijichayan (Mr Jiji Thomas) to get an idea about what are the things we need to know as a new home buyer, he explained us everything we need to know including the financial matters, loan processing, and etc. Like everyone, we are very much worried about the budget and pricing of the house but, from Dallas, TX he deal with the pricing for our house and at the time to our first walking, he came here in town (Odessa) which helped us a lot to know more about the construction of the house.

My Lord uses Jijichayan to encourage us to buy a new house and make our dream come true by His grace and love. The most surprising thing was he supported us with an unexpected rebate towards our closing and we were very surprised and that was great financial support for us. “He makes all things beautiful, in His time (Ecclesiastes 3:11).”

Here, we are sharing our happiness in the Lord not only for our house but also prepare Jijichayan for us. I am sure he has a great personality and helping attitude to know and understand his clients' ends and means and for us, he did everything beyond any expectations, and I am sure he will do the same to others also.
